2019 Blanc de Blancs

This delicious Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay. It was produced in the traditional Méthode Champenoise, and sourced from old-vine Chardonnay planted at the historic Hyland Vineyard. The wine displays fruit notes of Meyer lemon, ginger, and toasted hazelnut. Neutral oak barrel aging builds a complex and layered structure with a subtle creaminess and fine minerality on the finish of this wine.
